The three principal machining processes are classified as turning, drilling and milling. Most machining has very low set-up cost compared to forming, molding, and casting processes. Although machining is much more expensive for high volumes, it is necessary where tight tolerances on dimensions and finishes are required.

When it’s all said and done, our coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspects and verifies that each piece is sculpted and shaped to perfection – or at least to within a ten-thousandth of an inch!

After control of the deliverd materials, processing, final inspection and treatment, your product is packaged in protected woodedn crates and loaded directly from the production line on the containers. In this way we guarantee maximum protection until its delivery to your plant.
