Quality inspections encompass measuring, testing and examining a product and then comparing the results to specified requirements. The objective is to determine if the output features conform to the specifications for size, function, appearance, and other characteristics that may be relevant to the product.
By performing inspections throughout the production process, companies are able to identify problems early, with the goal of eliminating the causes. Utilized correctly, inspections save money by eliminating process problems and ensuring that the product meets your customers' requirements and expectations. A consistent inspection program also reduces warranty costs, losses in productivity, and time involved in shipping products back to the factory.
Sinco QC releases a thorough report of each inspection within 24 hours, carefully documenting all relevant criteria and findings. We realize the need for timeliness in maintaining your shipping schedule and ensure that you receive critical information as soon as possible. Our engineers and representatives are readily available before, during, or after an inspection to answer any questions or concerns you might have. With Sinco QC, we believe that committing to a quality inspection program is the best product insurance you can buy.
4 kinds of following quality inspection services are provided:
Inspection Criteria Preparation: If you don't have documented criteria, we can design the necessary specifications using the methods and procedures for governing on-site inspections. This document can then be used as a framework for product quality.
Pre-Production First-Piece Inspection: For pre-production inspections, we inspect first-piece samples on- site prior to volume production. This verifies that your product specifications are being met early, and avoids unnecessary reengineering work later.
In-Process Production Inspection: In-Process inspections focus on selected samples of your products on-site during the manufacturing process. This further confirms the quality of your commodity, and allows any necessary changes to be addressed early on.
Final Pre-Shipment Inspection: During a final pre-shipment inspection, an acceptable quality level sampling plan is used for inspections on-site following the production and packing of goods. Our engineers verify that finished goods shipping lots have been made to your specifications.
